. Developed an ASP.NET application for a health plan that integrates
data from their care management system and Oracle repository of claims

. Developed a Microsoft Access/Oracle application for a health plan to
allow the selection of patients by a variety of predictive modeling
criteria and select a subset of those patients for referral to case
management. It allows for the same subset of patients to be
reselected at a future time and for past and future data to be
compared for the purpose of determining the effectiveness of case
management interventions.

. Acted as a liaison between the marketing and IT departments at a
health plan to create a regularly updated Oracle repository of client
data from their claim system then developed a Microsoft Access
application to generate monthly reports. The result was a mostly
automated reporting process that can be completed in a few hours
rather than the several days of manual compilation and interpretation
of data previously required.

. Worked closely with the management and staff of a health plans medical
management department to develop a Microsoft Access/SQL Server 2000
case management application in response to the plan's need to
demonstrate compliance with the new NCQA Standard QI 7, Complex Case
Management. The application was instrumental in the plan successfully
demonstrating compliance and achieving certification.
