and procedure. Pulled charts and prepared them for appointments. Mended

charts and created new charts for new patients. Searched for lost and

missing charts when they were needed.

Billing and Financial

Verified Medicaid benefits through MAX and faxed documents to establish

healthy connections. Located charges on super bills and matched them with

encounter forms. Checked patient's insurance for co-pay. Changed the

billing format on claims from electronic filing to manual filing. Checked

patient's accounts for late payments and no payments made on collection

letters and OB letters. Listed a log sheet the monthly adjustments over

$100.00. Organized the daily cash sheets and finished filling out the

daily cash form. Matched deposit slips with the daily receipts. Opened
