Call Phone

Email in reference to phones.
Phones are answered on first or second ring. Many calls for Wanda who was
not answering.. letting go to voice mail. If and when Wanda answered she
would hang up on caller.
During 12:15 and 12:30 PM, I was alone answering calls and received call
for Wanda every few minutes and transferred to her phone. After 5 or 6
calls for her, caller asked if she was in. I answered yes but was away from
her desk. Caller asked if I would get her to the phone. I answered he
could leave a message on her voice mail, then transferred the caller. A
few minutes later the caller called back and stated he knew she was there
and I better get her to the phone. I answered all I could do was to
forward his call to her desk and she would return him back. The calls
continued during the afternoon and Wanda answered a few but let most of the
calls from that person go to voice mail.
Thursday, August 26, 2010 the same caller continued to call every 20-30
minutes, Wanda occasionally answering was noticeably annoyed with the
caller. She allowed the calls to go into voice mail by afternoon.
The calls continued asking me to get Wanda to the phone stating "I know
Wanda is there and insisted I get her to the phone". I asked if there was
something I could help him with and he stated he was a financial
investigator and it was personal for Wanda. I stated I can transfer to
her phone and Wanda will return the call when she is free. He continued to
call...
The call at approximately 4:00 PM, I stated personal phone calls will be
done on personal time and Wanda would return his call when she was not on
the clock. He stated make sure she calls me.
I asked him "to stop harassing Wanda and me with your calls and stated
harassment at place of business was not appropriate". The caller got
belligerent. In between his rant and rage, I had opportunity to respond and
stated, asking for my assistance and this harassment of me and Wanda at
work was against the Fair Debt Act of the Federal Trade Commission and
Wanda would call him back on her free time, after his several and hung up.
