Being a store manager with GameStop is one of the toughest positions I have

ever had. I take care of

everything from store operations, human resources, loss prevention, making

sure marketing is in place,

scheduling, managing all of my employees, making sure customers are always

being taken care of, taking

care of shipment in and out of the store. I have to make sure that my store

reaches sales goals and

other things we are ranked on in our performance file on a weekly basis. A

lot of pressure is put on

me for how my store is performing. The list goes on and on of the things

that is required of me at

the store manager level.
