Managed the start up of Dell's retail reverse logistics business in Lavergne, TN.
Responsible for the transition from a manual reporting system to a systematic
management system. Involved in improving operations from the main facility by
performing special projects and improving the processes. Uncovered
Errors in present mode of operation, which had a potential loss of tens of
thousand of dollars for both GENCO and the customer.
Manage the closing of a reverse logistics reclamation facility on a contractual
basis. Responsibilities include: Working closely with the customer in laying out
a strategic plan in relocating the account. Executing the plan without
interruption to the present business at hand. Responsibilities included but not
limited to timely staffing reduction, forecasting, inventory control, accounting,
