Role: QA Analyst

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Implementation for PULTE homes. It

is a J2EE application based on Oracle CRM. The CRM system consists of

various modules like customer/contact management, order entry, buyer,

Contract management, etc. The web applications are used by sales team for

quoting and booking the homes.

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for creating Test Plans, Test cases for Sales,

manufacturing, Pulte mortgages and reports modules based on the

business requirements. Write the test cases using Quality center.

. Work on QTP to automate the features like "Sales agreement" using data

driven framework by passing data table values to check customer

information, options, price adjustments, net total price etc. Create

automated tests to validate the "Change Order", "Cancel Order",

"Financing addendum" and "Pulte mortgage" forms.

. Follow the Agile methodology to test the application. Participate in

daily scrum meetings and worked on the assigned tasks.

. Responsible for writing complex SQL queries to check if data is saved

in appropriate tables and ensure data integrity.

. Use TOAD 9.0 to access the Oracle tables, views, packages and analyze

the data.

. Test various Web Services like Shipping Services by passing parameter

values like dimensions, weight, start location and end location for

UPS, USPS and FedEx. Also work on credit reporting web service to get

the FICO score.

. Develop automated test script using QTP for regression test. Fluently

using VBScripting language to develop the reusable actions and user-

defined custom functions utilizing parameter values and shared object

repository. Insert QTP build-in check points or custom validation

points by using the descriptive programming language. Build automation

test suites in Quality Center and configure to run it on a scheduler.

. Work closely with the customers on the product related issues on daily

basis. Responsible to investigate the issues and then FTP the bug fix

to the client server.

. Perform integrated testing by setting up sufficient test data for all

Role: QA Analyst

The project involved a single sign-on application which interacts with

various back-end systems like Credit reporting system, Accounting System,

customer information control system (CICS). Online Loan Servicing (OLS) was

used to process mortgage applications, perform mortgage calculations and

print information for multitude of documents that are required by

regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities:

. Involved in planning, coordinating, and developing Test Plans, Test

Procedures, Test Cases, Versioning and Test Matrices based on the

Requirements and Design Documents.

. Involved in testing various deactivation reports such as Registration

verification, seasoned registration, Foreclosure verification, and

foreclosure termination, etc.

. Experienced using QTP to record and playback application under test.

Utilized QTP built-in check points for validation. Created and

maintained the object repositories. Created numerous function library

files.

. Developed SQL statements for Back-end testing to ensure that data was

updated as per the transactions and Business Rules.

. Involved in loading of Test Data into Oracle Database using SQL LOADER

in the Test environment.

. Performed Functionality and Security testing in the User

. Used VBScripting language (mainly in Expert View) to automate the

This Medical billing application involved the details about the patient

demographics and health history.

Responsibilities:

. Standardized the integration of the Inova Loudoun web-based partner

applications and the Inova Loudoun Single-Sign On system.

. Tested the module "Patient history" by using various testing

methodology, such as, white box testing, black box testing, and

boundary testing etc.

. Responsible for creating test cases, executing the test scripts, as

well as generating defects report Rational Test Manager.

. Responsible in developing and maintaining the documentations for both

testing the internally produced applications as well as the

applications produced by external vendors. Ensured the testing

procedures were adherence to Inova Loundoun CMMI process expectations.

. Efficiently communicated and worked with the development team to solve

the problems encountered in the testing phase.

. Mentored and trained junior team members in testing methodology and

The SIEBEL Connector for SAP R/3 Provided integration between SIEBEL

applications and SAP R/3.

. Worked on the Siebel Connector for SAP 4.6C on various builds.

Installed the connecters for module testing. And also worked on the

bug fixes that exist in the previous builds. Updated the documents,

Reports, Test cases.
