I was responsible for the overall supervision of clients and staff. I
interacted with other members of the multi-disciplinary team. I
oversaw the operation of a safe and therapeutic environment for both
client and staff. Oversee and coordinate the program to ensure staff

and responsibilities in his absence. Oversee the duties of each Direct

Professional II. Began to supervise staff and uphold further
responsibilities. Train new staff, train staff on proper charting
procedures, attend and participate in treatment team, create and
maintain daily shift documentation, and attend various in-services to
further my knowledge in the psychiatric field.

Internship. Shadowed an administrator of a 120 bed facility to gain
overall knowledge on how the facility is managed, how the budget is
devised, and how each department within is operated. Also participated
in a peer review of another facility in preparation for a state
inspection, and attended various corporate conference meetings.
