was employed with SITEL as an Insurance Agent with GMAC for one and a half years.

Additionally, I enjoy working and designing floral arrangements. I was a full-line

florist for nearly 25 years of which I owned my own florist in Aztec, New Mexico for

five years.

In retail and office situations, I have dealt confidently with the public both in

person and over the telephone. In addition to working directly with the public, I

have 20 years experience working with computers as well as teaching individuals the

basic functions of the Windows based computer. As mentioned above, I also owned and

operated a Floral/Gift Shop providing complete floral designs, all customer services,

Extra Curricular activities

• I owned a home-based business, Donna’s Artistic Graphics for the main purpose of

merging my talents in graphic arts and writing as well as some DTP and printing

for local businesses. I also printed the Parrsboro Board of Trade newsletter,

designed local business logos, as well as many local business brochures.

• I have recently published my first book of poetry, “Romancing on the Bay of

Fundy”, inspired while living here on the Bay of Fundy. I am also working on 2

children’s illustrated books.

• I was also the first female Lion to be accepted in Parrsboro, NS Canada for the

Parrsboro and District Lion’s Club.
