present). Manage all quality and laboratory information management
systems used by Pfizer Global Manufacturing within the Midwest region.
Developed a matrix to determine performance improvements and best
practices in the areas of customer service, project delivery, business

( Standardization of application administration: Realigned system
administrator responsibilities to one colleague, freeing additional
IT resources. Obtained buy-in from business areas and CIT.
( Quality Operation System Rationalization project: Inventoried

( Manager of North American IT Solutions (formerly Frigidaire Home
Products, Greenville, MI). Responsible for mainframe, AS/400 application,
ERP Solutions for Corporate Headquarters and 10 manufacturing locations
throughout the Electrolux North American Groups. Managed EDS, outside
contractors, applications for mainframe activities, and warranties, parts
& service.
Accomplishments: Project manager for JD Edwards financial
installations for 20 North American locations. Responsible for corporate
IT solutions in Augusta, GA; Refrigeration Div. in Greenville, MI (over
3,200 employees); and a manufacturer of outdoor yard products with over
3,000 employees (Orangeburg, SC).
Frigidaire Home Products-Refrigeration Division, Greenville, MI (1979-
2000)
( Information Systems Manager (1997-2000). Responsible for all
information and data processing functions in the Greenville, MI plant,
including purchasing of PCs and network using NT software with licenses
for 400 users; telephone system (NEC 2400 with over 500 extensions); A/S
400 (purchasing and leasing of software and hardware with over 1500
users); network communications between Anderson, SC, supply base,
Augusta, GA, and Stockholm, Sweden; video conferencing, office copiers,
printers, fax and machines; and purchasing of paper and toner.
Accomplishments: Project Leader for JD Edwards implementations
(Greenville, MI and Anderson, SC), leading a team with members from
purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, shop floor control, distribution,
accounting, and warehouse. After successful completion of the above
locations, I was assigned Project Manager for JD Edwards ERP
implementations for Springfield, TN range division.
