Liaison for a Tier I/Tier II Automotive Painting manufacturer based out of
Greenville, SC, working on-site in Selma, AL, at one of their customer's
facilities. Position requires coordinating communication between the
Quality, Logistics, Shipping, and Materials Departments of the two
companies & assisting in resolution of open issues as they relate to
packaging, materials pricing, transportation, & quality. I ensure proper
inspection standards of painted parts at the customer's facility, which
involves inspecting, classifying, & reporting daily defects of color
harmony, mold defects of raw parts, & paint-related defects on the finished
products. Handling return shipments of rejected parts, repairing damaged
painted parts and working to create an atmosphere of teamwork, cooperation,
and outstanding customer service are priorities. DCS provides painted auto
parts for BMW, Hyundai, Indian Motorcycles, & other automotive industries
throughout the Southeast.

Independent Contractor
Provided full-time real estate brokerage services to Apple Country Realty
and Coldwell-Banker Kasey & Associates in Hendersonville, NC, specializing
in Residential, Land, & Multi-Family real estate sales. Also worked part-
time for Carolina Auction Team out of Spartanburg, SC, showing properties
available for auction to prospective buyers. Simultaneously ran my own
construction business where I planned, scheduled, and supervised
construction of single-family homes in the Hendersonville, NC area. Both
positions required the highest levels of organization and planning. As a
Real Estate Broker, I was responsible for showing homes and land to
prospective buyers, listening and understanding their needs, negotiating
sales contracts, handling listing presentations, marketing, MLS, and
contract preparation. I was selected as the Office Trainer at Apple
Country Realty responsible for training all new agents in proper sales
techniques and I was a Multi-Million Dollar Producer every single year of
my business. My construction business required worker's compensation
administration, OSHA compliance, schedule coordination, hiring of sub-
contractors, and hands-on construction activities. I served as an Officer
on the local Board of Realtors & Multiple Listing Service while running
both businesses.

School and Behind-the Scenes Host
Part-time, seasonal position giving guided tours of the Biltmore House to
school groups from Kindergarten to College ages. Position required an
incredible amount of memorization of the art, history, and furnishings of
America's largest private home.

Coordinator
Served as the On-Site Coordinator at Volvo Construction Equipment in Arden,
NC, an Automotive Manufacturer of Haulers and Loaders, overseeing their
temporary workforce of approximately 125. Was responsible for coordinating
welding & assembly tests, safety compliance, payroll issues, and customer
relations. Also worked as an Industrial Placement Coordinator filling
temporary job openings in other local industries. This position required a
working knowledge of local factories products, job requirements,
interviewing & customer service skills. Last position was managing their
West Asheville satellite office, performing all interviews, reference
checking, & skills testing.

Served as the personal assistant to the President of the company, as well
as the Vice President of Finance, and oversaw the administration of their
Safety Program, including insurance administration, for a workforce of
approximately 25 full-time construction workers. Position required

real estate divisions and management of approx. 60 rental properties
(commercial and residential).

Served as the Human Resource Manager for the Hendersonville store
responsible for all hiring & training duties for staff of approximately 200
employees. Position required working knowledge of generalist human
resources, insurance, benefit & OSHA administration. Selected as District
Mentor for this position responsible for training 8 other Coordinators
throughout Western NC. Customer Service Manager's position in Asheville
store required direct supervision & scheduling of entire Front-end staff of
approximately 40 employees and handling & resolution of almost all customer
complaints.
