procedures including the establishment of automated payroll, taxes, and

benefit systems which included:

Payroll - weekly payroll, certified payroll, bonuses, quarterly

payroll taxes, W-2s, 401k contributions, monthly worker's compensation

reports, child support and garnishment payments.

Human Resources - employment paperwork, health insurance, vacation,

Social Security verification, North Carolina New Hire verification,

terminations, employee disciplinary actions, attendance tracking, pre-
