Operations NCO
Schedule, review curriculum, and coordinate all actions associated with the training of all new wounded
warriors. Help develop the curriculum used to train new staff members supporting the WTB. Schedule
and coordinate events involving the WTB. Leads staff charged with the development/coordination of the
WTB plans, policies, procedures, directives, and related documents to ensure completion within
established periods. Based on instruction provided by the Brigade S3 and Command Staff, distributes
planning guidance and installation policies to WTB and subordinate units. Maintains contact with
WRAMC counterpart planners to remain abreast of planning requirements. Coordinates with WTB staff
and subordinate units to ensure sufficient, accurate, and appropriate support is provided to mission
functions of Garrison, Medical Center Brigade, WRAMC, and tenant activities. Also, coordinates with
tenant activities of the above listed units to ensure sufficient, accurate, and appropriate support to the
WTB. Maintains the ability and understanding necessary to operate and use information, obtained from
various on-line systems, interfacing with other Army systems, to support other functions of WTB.
Current working knowledge of contingency planning and execution of regulations, policies, operating
procedures, and the mission, functions and unique nature of operations of the WTB, other US Army
Garrison, MCB, and hospital staff agencies and tenant organizations assigned to WRAMC. Operates the
NIPRNet (Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network) classified computer system. Oversees and
coordinates activities of personnel to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Coordinates all job-
related Safety and Health training for the WTB and supporting units and ensures all training is completed

and procedures in regards to operation safety. Provides detailed information to all WTB and supporting
