I i nitially applied for this position to establish job history. My
responsibilities i ncluded: Maintaining general cleanliness within
t he store, assisting customers with carry out services, and general customer
service. I had expressed my interest in becoming a permanent
member of their team but due to various budget cuts, and lack of customers I
was laid off.

A fter I was laid off from my initial work experience at Kmart I
searched the job market for other employment outlets, after I did
not receive call backs from numerous opportunities I looked
towards the fast food industry for employment. Carl’s Jr./Green
B ur r i to called me and I began working there.
M y duties for this job featured: Taking customer orders, as well as
delivering the customers order upon completion. My multi-tasking
abilities were put to a great test while t aking orders in the Dr ive-Thru,
and assuring the customer there service would be prompt and
courteous. All of this while maintaining good customer service principles, and easing

D uring the jobless period between January and June I finished up my
Senior Year of high school. Which was the reason I left Carl’s
J r./Green Bur r i to. I applied at Smith’s Food where I worked for 2
and half years in various departments around the s tore, before
my departure to M issouri in November of 2007.
M y primary job was as a bagger where my superior customer service
skills were p ut to good use. This job afforded many different opportunit ies,
i n addition to pushing
carts and bagging groceries I was allowed to assist customers with any needs
t hey saw fit.

I mprovement
From the month between my last job and this one I was in the state of
M issouri searching for employment. After several failed attempts I moved
back to Arizona, and it was here I got a job at Lowe’s, were I am currently
employed. I star ted out as a Cashier, but was quickly moved to the sales f loor
were they felt my skills set would be more effective.
