Formulation Lab Technician Trinity Biotech, USA ~ May 2008 - Present
Reagents in the diagnostic test kits are manufactured in the
Formulations lab. Attention to detail is a must in this
department. Mathematical equations, measuring chemicals, and
pipetting are done in this lab. Experimentation with current
recipes for products is also done.
Product Support Lab Technician - Trinity Biotech, USA, Jamestown, NY ~
March 2007 - May 2008
Worked precisely in the Product Support lab with diagnostic test
kits. The Product Support Lab is part of Quality Assurance and
received all the customer complaints. ELISA tests and UniGold
HIV tests were completed in this department.
Kid's Ski School Assistant Manager - Peek'n Peak Resort, Findley Lake,
NY ~ December 2006 - March 2007
Assisted the kid's ski school manager by registering kids,
fitting kids into ski boots, assigning lesson groups, providing
entertainment, and discussing the lesson with the
parents. Also gained confidence and leadership when
substituting as the manager's role.
Floor help and Clerk - Chautauqua Institution Book Store, Chautauqua,
NY ~ summer of 2005 and 2006 and fall 2006
Provided good customer service while assisting customers and
answering questions. Attention to detail was given by
restocking the store's shelves. From summer of 2006 to fall of
2006 leadership and patience were demonstrated by running the
front-end cash register.
