Office Manger
On February 1, 2010 Priority Nissan and Priority Kia opened the doors for the very first time. At that time I was
promoted to the Office Manager for Nissan and KIA. My duties included but were not limited to cleaning
schedules, posting invoices, sales commissions and hourly employee timecards, bank reconciliations,
balancing the parts statements, all aspects of the floor plans, accounts receivables, preparing the financial
statements, and some duties from my previous position.
PRIORITY TOYOTA OF RICHMOND April 2008 February 2010:
Accounting
Duties include costing out and posting car deals, customer payoffs, warranty cancellations, wholesale titling,
sales associate’s payroll, adjustment of accounts, grossing the vehicles that are sold, preparing contacts to be
sent to banks, and various other duties for the Controller and General Manager.

I was reporting directly to the General Manger, responsible for all business transactions generated by all
departments of the store. Oversee Accounts payable/receivable, bank contracts, maintain relations with all
indirect lenders, sign and receipt all bills of sale, DMV documentation, and accountability, dealer transfers of
collateral. Coordination of all sales licenses. Coordination of Sales, Service, Parts department payrolls. I have
taken all the necessary training to be certified through General Motors as an Office Manager/Controller.
HALEY AUTOMOTIVE GROUP April 2001 November 2004:
Business Office Administrator.
Duties included communications with sales and service, ordered and maintained supplies, controlled access to
and filing of all business transactions through sales, service, and parts departments. Coordinated Health Care
enrollment, United Way enrollment, put together all “new hire” employment packets. Working knowledge of the
ADP system. Contacted existing client base in compliance with the company’s client retention program.
Performed additional tasks as Service Coordinator and Sales Delivery Coordinator, including the “new car
clinic” monthly meetings. Recognized as Employee of the Month several times during my tenure there.
Receptionist, promoted after 6 months
Duties included answering phones, taking messages, referring customers to the appropriate place or person,
greeting customers, sorting service and parts paperwork.

Worked catered affairs, preformed additional duties as a bartender.
