Customer Service. Tended to customers who inquired to know ideas about home remodeling
and redecorating. Unloaded freight trucks to be placed onto pallets and placed onto store floor
and arranged according to department location. Removed pallets and large items using a forklift,
dolly and pallet jack. Worked with a team of associates also known as UNLOADERS to
accomplish an "item per hour count" to compete with other stores in the district, as well as the
region. Currently hold best average times in all district and possibly all region, which continues
as far as Denver, Colorado. Used a reach truck to place heavy items on the store floor that could
not be carried by a pallet jack such as water bottles, tile and all other flooring, paint cans,
washers and dryers, sinks, home decor storing bins, and articles of lumber. Assisted other
departments when nights contained no trucks to empty. Worked in Paint, Lumber, Customer
Assistance, Flooring, and Garden. Continued to be a valuable asset to all departments as well,
constantly being asked to use my expertise as a machine operator.

and quantity. Promoted to full time night crew member after two months in Dairy Section.

palletized product into sales floor as well as onto top shelves for overstocking purposes.
