School Director/Trainer, 2008-Present

Manage day-to-day business operation and supervision of the Academy to

include but not limited to: in-house training, research, career

counseling, writing proposals, developing contracts, designing all

curriculums, hiring faculty and consultants. Maintained oversight and

performed sales and marketing, admissions, student development, and

career services, responsible for compliance with state licensing and

certification authorities. Maintained active relationship with

Established this 501 (c) 3 Non Profit Corporation in 2001, started out

as part-time and later as the full-time executive director designed to

assist individuals through research and training to further, and or

continue their post-secondary education, and to assist in their

attempt to find viable employment opportunities. Worked with numerous

Local, State, and Federal agencies, secured funds through various

capital & operating campaigns, grant writing, and special funding

Directed this Pennsylvania Department of State Licensed School serving

over 2,400 students annually,

developed and maintained oversight of the fiscal, educational,

logistical delivery, and marketing of all programming to include

continuing education programs, seminars, and conferences. As Director

I was responsible for development and supervision of curriculum to

meet accreditation requirements, hired and supervise twenty three part

time faculty members, and one full-time employee. Overseen

classroom/faculty utilization, marketing, research, created course

schedule, taught classes, and counseled students. Established online

presence, developed Learning Management System (LMS) programming, and

provided oversight and provided online instruction.

Established and operated this Pennsylvania Department of Education Private

Licensed School owned by the REALTORS Association of Metropolitan

Managed a federally funded School-to-Work Program for six school

districts that benefited 2,000 students throughout the Mid Mon Valley

Region of Western Pennsylvania. (a Workforce Development Program)

Researched, prepared, wrote, and administered federal grants totaling

more than $400,000 to support the program. Coordinated numerous

projects throughout the six school districts, interacted with,

administrators, teachers, students, local communities and other

professionals to assure program compliance.

Faculty Member/Computer Lab Administrator, 1996-1998

Taught computer science classes, the primary focus being Information

Technology to include the various uses of this growing technology

called the Internet. Other classes taught included; microcomputer

concepts, database management, word processing, spreadsheets, desktop

publishing, and email. Managed computer lab, assured 100% up-time,

Provided professional vocational consultation and medical management

services for industrially disabled individuals in an attempt to

identify clients vocational aptitude and employability. Provides

services in behalf of numerous nationally recognized insurance

reports used in litigation and provided expert testimony. In addition

to the vocational consultation I also represented individuals before

Served three terms as the Mayor of the Borough of Elco, PA

Chief executive officer of the community, researched and wrote grants,

filed state required documents, Responsible for public safety, and

supervision of the police department. Also served as the Boroughs'
