Gather information, plans (develop if needed), ideas, costs and

expenses of materials (at least 3-4 bids) and labor, develop a

time frame of work to be completed. All aspects of

new construction to remodels:

-Dirt work: Have own excavator, skid

steer, semi tractor. Dig hole for

foundations, back filling, landscape, ponds,

base work for driveways, trenching for drains,

install culverts. Operate most equipment.

-Concrete: Set forms for pouring, set Styrofoam block forms,

rock, brick, block laying.

-Wood: Framing, Siding, Trim, Fencing, Flooring, Stairs

Cabinets/shelving.

-Insulation: Install (foam, batt, loose fill blow-in)

-Plumbing/wiring: Proficient in all

aspects of, but not State

certified.

-Interior walls:

Sheetrock (hang, tape, texture)

Paneling (tongue and groove, masonite)

Painting (spray, roller, brush)

-Tile:

Floors, showers, tub surrounds.

-Roofing:

Metal, asphalt shingles, rolled asphalt

-Window/doors: Interior and exterior install.
