Responsibilities included: answering phones, receiving faxes, and
scheduling appointments for all 25 agents. In charge of creating new forms
to help organize documents, overseeing/ organizing weekly meetings, and
training /recruiting new employees. Also in charge of managing, maintaining
and trouble shooting computer equipment, handing out and explaining monthly
bills and mail. Responsible for receiving shipments and bills, making sure
payments on bills are made in a timely matter, storing of confidential
documents and some work in accounting. At the end of my tenure I was the
only employee on a pay schedule, as the manager worked mostly outside the
office making me the come to person for everyone with any sort of problem.
In September 2009 the business was shut down and all employees were laid
off.

Managing Receptionist, Sales Associate / Victorville, CA.2004-2006
Started as part time and quickly promoted to managing receptionist, in
charge of all scheduling, general upkeep and cleaning, phones,
inventory/restocking and other receptionist(s). Only employee permitted to
cash out customers, placed in charge of cash register and scheduling, as
well as the training of new employees. Responsible for receiving all
employee's weekly rent check, some payroll work.
Auto-Bahn Driving School

Worked alone in office, maintained schedules for five drivers, worked with
c-b radios providing directions, answered phones, scheduled appointments,
called to remind clients of appointments and filed paperwork. Also was
