Duties are layout fit and weld chambers. Weld many different jobs for chamber
functions, Thermal couples, show masks, wafer domes, electron beam gun shields,
blocks for E B guns, various tees and Trolley guides these are just a few. Products are
built to specs and some within .003 Silver brazing copper brass and stainless.
Experience on mills, Lathes and saws and most metal fabrication equipment.

Install and repair garage and commercial Troubleshoot operating systems to motored
gates grills and door systems. Install dock systems for loading areas for business.

CNC machine.

Trade Technician II for accelerator production department. TIG welded stainless,
titanium, aluminum, and copper, checked accelerators on mass spectrometer, inspected
for vacuum tight welds, abide by job safety rules, completed work orders, used electrical
equipment, operated furnace equipment, repaired failed accelerators, computer data
entry, and documentation.
