Anheuser Busch InBev, Saint Louis, MO (1992 to Present)
Reliability Manager at the Columbus, Ohio Brewery (2007 to present).
Manage 27 union maintenance technicians. Coordinate all maintenance activities with the brewing
department to minimize production downtime. Manage and optimize all preventative maintenance tasks to
help improve equipment reliability. Manage a $1.5M budget on a monthly basis to achieve targets. Manage
all aspects of maintenance contractor’s work within the department. Led the implementation of the
Brewing Maintenance Pillar portion of the Voyager Plant Optimization program, which is a global program
to optimize production by sharing best practice management, organization and process techniques.
Maltster at the Idaho Falls, Idaho Malt Plant (2005 to 2007)
Learned all aspects of elevator and malting operations. Implemented several process improvement
initiatives that increased efficiency and productivity while reducing conversion costs: reduced kiln cycles
by 40% which increased throughput and reduced fuel usage and implemented new railcar loading
procedure which increased load capacities by 2% resulting in the reduction of total railcars shipped.
Managed a $1M combined salary and parts budget. Managed all aspects of a non union workforce of

Managed all aspects of the brewing department from Grains unloading through filter beer release.

process training to new and future Group Managers. Assisted in the creation and management of the $1.1M

implement the preventative maintenance programs for the Research Pilot Brewery. Managed all purchasing
