PROFESSIONAL HISTORY:

2005-Present: Attack Operations Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge, 94th Army Air and Missile Defense Command.

1. Focused on Theater Ballistic Targeting within the PACOM area of responsibility routinely collaborates with Joint and Combined forces on the targeting effort

2. Responsible for conducting on-going target system analysis to stay abreast of system nuances

3. Prepares electronic target folders using automated targeting tools to include weaponeering, and collateral damage estimation programs

4. Participates in all aspects of the deliberate targeting process from choosing targets that meet objectives and guidance to assessment

5. Works within two Air Operations Centers on emerging and Time Sensitive Targets using the F2T2EA targeting method

6. Develops targeting annexes for each OPLAN, and CONPLAN within area of responsibility participates in the Military Decision Making Process in order to produce targeting annexes and operations orders

7. As assistant Anti-Terrorism Officer participated in developing Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection plans within the Command

2002-2005- Operations Sergeant, Force Field Artillery Headquarters, Baghdad Iraq, and plans and exercise NCO Fort Sill Oklahoma

1. Deployed a 53 Soldier Staff to Iraq to stand up the Force Field Artillery Headquarters with 2500 subordinate Soldiers within 4 separate units

2. Developed targeting plans to curtail the indirect fires of the insurgent forces resulting in a dramatic drop in mortar attacks

3. Operations Sergeant and Senior enlisted advisor to a General Officer and staff kept staff informed of the targeting status along with the welfare and well-being of the Soldiers of the Command

4. Collaborated with combined and joint forces to establish a radar maintenance and distribution plan

5. Researched and procured off-the-shelf technology to assist with the targeting effort

6. Directly planned and Supervised the Commander’s Emergency Relief fund of $2,000,000 that was responsible for building 5 schools, 1 police station, 1 prison, and repair of an energy producing dam

2000-2003- Brigade and Battalion Fire Support Sergeant, 4-27 FA Baumholder Germany

1. Deployed to the Balkans in support of IFOR and SFOR on three separate occasions

2. Responsible for CI targeting and information operations at the Brigade and Battalion level

3. Worked with Coalition forces within area of responsibility to ensure smuggling operations ceased

4. Supervised Information operations teams inserted in each township within AO in order to gauge local populace, target smuggling and insurgent activity, and provide assistance where need

5. Worked with Special Operations Forces to deny smuggling operations

6. Assigned to a border interdiction team for targeting

7. Teams chosen to represent the U.S. at several German General Staff Artillery Exhibitions

8. Trained Fire Support Teams to finish first in each Fire Support Competition within the 3 year period
