Prior Experience

I have been in the construction industry since 1988. I started

in the HVAC industry doing equipment sets and rough-ins both residential

and commercial. I stayed with that industry for about 6 years then I cross

trained over to sheet metal. With exterior based construction being

seasonal work, I also trained in interior construction. From drywall,

flooring, tile, hardware, etc I became a more diverse professional in

order to support my family during the wetter months of the years.

I pursued my career in sheet metal gaining exposure to various

applications of the product. Galvanized, Copper, Aluminum, kynar, standing

seam roof systems, wall panel systems, and soffit panel systems. I became a

superintendent running about 30 men on multiple projects. I stuck with that

for quite a number of years til I found out that there was no more room for

advancement. I then got involved with a roofing company in Oregon. I

performed most of their custom metal work but I also trained in Hot mop,

Torch down, cold rolled roofing including all the metal flashings that went

along with the applications. I performed in debth leak detection and

resolution. I came back to California in 1996 and went back to Victory

Sheet metal and the rest can been seen in my work history.

Currently I am directing and performing maintenance on two properties in

Hawaii and another on Orinda Ca. I am looking to be located closer to home

so I can spend more time with my family.

Having the knowledge of the trades that I have been exposed to has made

the quality control on my projects much higher.

Over the last several years I have been working in the renovations

field where I have had great exposure to all of these trades. I have been a

part of quite a few large scale apartment remodels. I managed the remodel

process from interior to exterior. I have had the pleasure of training

quite a few people who some have become managers themselves which was very

rewarding.

I have supervised production on as many as 150 units at any given

time. I have managed several projects at the same time each of which have

had 300 - 400 units each. I am a firm believer that with the right people

in place and with enough warning, MOST obstacles can be conquered.

I've had the pleasure of working with some of the finest home builders
