As a member of the Mayor's senior management team provides strategic HR
leadership and management for the City's 12 departments and 560 employees.
Oversee the development and implementation of the Recovery Plan to
establish a fiscally sound blue print through 2014. Executed human
resources policies, programs and services, including recruitment,
selection, retention, legal compliance, employee benefits, employee
relations, employment practices and procedures, employee communications and
employee events.
. Solely chosen by the Mayor as the Recovery Plan Coordinator to
collaborate with the Pennsylvania Economy League to establish a
strategic plan that allows the City to function with a balanced
budget; the plan addressed revenue, expenditures, and labor revisions

. Improved efficiency and financial savings by realigning clerical
