Create a web-based account for clients, using software provided, administer assessments,

Show clients how to fill out online applications, offer opportunity to take advantage of skilled training

courses at our local community college to improve work skills.

Examine and sometimes cut pieces of fabric for sewing of athletic uniforms

Sewed in labels for tops and bottoms, prepared finish products for shipping out and counted pieces for

inventory or to be used.

Made sure there were no flaws on cut pieces used for sewing, also made some repairs when necessary.

Responsible for answering phones, booking appointments, making files for customers, taking payments.

Filed and pulled personal papers for customers, also checked IDs before handing out checks.

Laid out and designed display ads for clients, talked to clients on phone and in person, emailed art work

whenever possible. Responsible for paginating all display ads on template for daily and weekend

publication, making sure the correct ad was in place before negatives were sent to plate room for printing.

Communicated with all departments to ensure correct ad was in place. Scanned, faxed, made copies and

troubleshooted when necessary. Delivered proofs, and also managed the proof runners for a short period of

time, this was before progressing into the ad layout aspect of the job.
