Completed residential appraisal assignments of single family property

in ten counties in piedmont

North Carolina. Appraisals were generated from nationwide brokers as

well as local mortgage

brokers, banks, credit unions, and attorneys for estate purposes. I

developed my own company and continue to do appraisal work.

First Union National Bank of North Carolina (Wachovia) 1965-1998

Various consumer lending positions all over NC. After 10 years of

consumer lending, I moved to

the mortgage division of the bank and managed the Winston Salem

office for 11 years. This

position required the origination of loans, credit decisions, loan

closings, and the performance

of real estate appraisals. During this time, there were

approximately 5,000 appraisals

completed. The last 10 years were spent with projects, accounting,

and people management
