customer service representatives as well as responding to internet quote
requests. Acted as customer service representative for major client with
multiple buyers and points of contact, insuring that projects were correct
and that they met production guidelines and delivery schedules. Acquired
estimates from external sources for work not suited to Accu-Print
capabilities and equipment. Acted as general customer service
