Estimated and planned print projects for 5 sales representatives and 2

customer service representatives as well as responding to internet quote

requests. Acted as customer service representative for major client with

multiple buyers and points of contact, insuring that projects were correct

and that they met production guidelines and delivery schedules. Acquired

estimates from external sources for work not suited to Accu-Print

capabilities and equipment. Acted as general customer service

representative as needed, entering jobs, processing payments, etc.

Cenveo/Clarke Printing Co., San Antonio, TX 1992-2007

Estimating Manager (2005-2007)

Oversaw estimating and planning print projects for five local sales

representatives, and three national affiliate sales representatives.

Acquired estimates from affiliates and external sources for work not suited

to local Cenveo equipment and services such as web and digital printing.

Managed two employees processing 30 projects daily.

estimates annually.
