MI Case Manager
My duties as a case manager is to link, encourage,
assist, for mentally ill adults throughout the
community, also manage caseloads. Records
appropriate patient and result information in
section work lists in accordance with established
protocol. Documents interviews, and evaluates the
relevance of information collected to the problem
described by the client, provides basic counseling
services to clients. Provides information on

out-of-home" cases. Performs a variety of
receptionist, clerical, and record keeping duties
associated with patient care, Performs the monthly
and quarterly inventory for supplies needed for the
collecting procedures, Performs other related
