I am a Recruiting and Retention NCO for the South Carolina Army National

Guard. I have been in my current position for over 5yrs. My job includes,

but not limited to: recruiting, spreadsheets, mission, goals, deadlines,

cold calls, interviewing and assistant supervisor. I have always met or

exceeded mission. My attributes include; organization, time management,

efficiency, combined with this and my eagerness to learn at a competitive

fast pass makes me efficient with any task given. I'm also a certified

instructor and have presented many blocks of instruction and presentations.

My computer skills are intermediate to expert with Microsoft Word, Excel

and Powerpoint. I have used many web based applicant tracking systems

Prep, assembly, quality control of mining equipment

I was in charge of quality control of mining equipment pieces that came off

of the micro blasting process. I checked to make sure that all areas of the

product were properly coated. After they were completed, the pieces were

hung on racks and moved to the paint prep area. In this area we used large

cranes to move the larger objects from area to area. We prepped them for

primer by taping off area's that were not to be coated. Once they came out

of primer and the oven were sanded them and caulked all openings between

welds to insure the integrity of the product. After they were painted with

the final coat they were placed into the oven and delivered to assembly. I

was also certified to handle chemicals that were used during this process.

trucks, limited forklift, limited semi operations loading and securing

vehicles for transport. Also completed Basic Combat Training and several
