2009 to Present-Cedar Park Event Center-Security Supervisor-Austin, Tx
Responsible for assigning duties to staff and ensuring they stand their
post. Manage and provide support to 5-10 security staff. Answer any calls
for service to handle emergency and disturbance issues that arise during
events. Document and submit reports on all calls and shift events.
09-2007 to 11-2007 Aflac - Sales -Austin, Tx
Responsible for cold calling and business lead development. As a sales
representative, duties involved introducing and educating potential
customers on Aflac supplemental insurance and identyfying the right policy
for their needs and the needs of their employees and managing accounts.
05-2007 to 08-2007 Dyncorp - International Police Advisor-Baghdad, Iraq
Duties included the supervision and training of Iraqi police officers,
chiefs and supervisors. Managed the operations and actions of police
presence in the Baghdad community. Conducted tactical and fire arms
training of Iraqi cadets. Introduced the community-oriented policing
policies of the United States to the Iraqi police community. Helped to
facilitate the ability of Iraqi police stations to obtain items to operate
a station, such as fuel, doors and windows, uniforms, firearms, etc., with
the state department and Iraqi interior of ministry.

Owned and operated business as sub-contractor for outside Houston based
company. Dove Golf course ponds with the use of scuba gear to recover golf
balls from ponds. Responsible for counting cleaning and shipping recovered
balls to Houston, Texas. Transferred business to Texas in 2006 for PGSI,
Houston and dove Texas and SE area.
10-1996 to 01-2006- Carson City -Deputy Sheriff/SWAT Team Leader - Carson
City, Nevada
Duties included the day to day operation as a Deputy Sheriff assigned to
Patrol Division, such as citizen relations, traffic enforcement,
investigation of crimes, and arrests. Participated in problem-oriented
policing and community-oriented policing programs, working closely with
citizen neighborhood groups to curb and reduce crime in a specific area.
Instructed cadets during the training phase of education, as a certified
academy instructor and evaluator. Certified Field Training officer for new
deputies during their 16- week training phase. Promoted to SWAT Team
Leader/Supervisor in 2000.
05-2000 to 01-2006-SWAT Team Leader/Supervisor
Duties included the day to day operation and training of the SWAT team,
assigning various duties to team members of a 14-member team. Oversaw
operations and conducted pre-raid planning with scouts and team commander.
Trained the team members in tactical areas and trained to keep a current
certification on all firearms used by the team. Managed the maintenance and
care of all equipment used by the team. Purchased and replaced new
equipment for the team.
