establishing division's first Regional Distribution Center (in Lithonia,

GA), and hiring technicians and office personnel for this location.

Established procedures for supporting all 90 branch locations...shipping,

technical support, O&M, sales support, marketing and financial reporting.

Developed relationships with all vendors, creating limited list of

suppliers and negotiating very favorable pricing and support structures.

Worked with vendors in the establishment and implementation of highly

technical training programs for Motorized Division technicians, as well as

less technical programs for branch and customer personnel.
