I follow up on attendance-related issues among the student body, including working closely with our lead case manager to promote more satisfactory student outcomes. I work directly with students and offer transportation solutions and encouragement when I can. I type and sign attendance/income verification, good character and other letters for students to help them obtain needed services and I also maintain data submission for DOL and AmeriCorps tracking purposes on two different web databases. I submit student payroll on Excel spreadsheets biweekly and handle receptionist and administrative assistant duties when needed.

Always sought to ensure every applicant was treated respectfully, fairly and experienced a personal presence in the crucial first stage of the employer/employee relationship. I was laid off from this position.
