Was originally hired on to work the banquets position after being there a year and showing my

customer service skills I was asked to assist in other parts of the hotel on a more person level

with the guest. I was offered a front desk clerk position where I talked and interacted hands on

with the customers in assisting them any way possible. A few months after being in that position

the sales Manager and General Manager came to me and asked if I would accept the position of

the Guest Accommodations Agent in the sales office. This included also talking to customers

over the phone as well as in person. Taking incoming and making outgoing calls to clients,

groups, large and small businesses coming to the hotel. I was also in charge of accounts and

their payments. Also which included sending out emails memos and around the office filling?

This job has given me a large hand in my customer service experience.

location.
