Terry Lee

Terry is founder of Chivalry Management Consultancy, a consulting firm

focused on strategy, marketing and operations. He also has served as

associate partner at Change Management Group, a London-based consulting

firm specialising in making change happen and creating lasting value for

clients. With over 29 years' business experience across different

industries and sectors, Terry specialises in improving the profitability of

businesses, large and small, through strategic analysis, organisational

restructuring, operations improvement (productivity improvement,

complexity, cost and lead time reduction) and revenue enhancement

programmes, as well as corporate training. During the past 10 years, he

has worked with both corporate and private equity clients in the UK and

China to create tremendous value for their businesses. He is good at

ideas, strategic insight, spotting talent and advising clients what to do

to significantly improve their bottom lines. The clients he has worked

with include multinationals, SMEs and non-profits.

In addition, he has teamed up with Richard Koch (former partner at Bain &

Co. and best selling author of The 80/20 Principle) as evangelist of the

80/20 Principle. Previously Terry served as Senior Partner at C&Y

Management Consulting Group, a Chinese consulting firm focused on

performance improvement and management. Before his consulting career, he

founded Pacific Link Creations, working with Disney as a licensee and a

vendor, and also supplied gifts and seasonal items to major store chains

like Kmart, Macy's and Sears. Prior to that, he worked for a couple of

corporations for 18 years.
