Management
As the director of security in a mall setting, I led a staff of 30 personnel, to include city police officers that were

providing quality security and compliance of company policies in a production plant. I also assisted in the

Administrative
Conducted legal and administrative reviews of Air Force law enforcement documents, to include traffic citations
written on base facilities. Oversaw the implementation of retail security policies which resulted in more than a 75%
reduction in employee pilferage. Provided administrative support to the human resource department to include all
aspects, such as interviewing, hiring and firing processes, training and payroll. K-9 unit patrol on military base
