My name is Sara Gonzalez, and I am seeking an Executive Personal Assistant

Duties: I am responsible for a variety of administrative duties for a total

of two centers including but not limited to: billing, payroll, consumer

dental appointments/payments, personnel files, filing, creation of consumer

binders, ordering/purchasing office supplies, accounting/spending reports,

answering phone calls, typing out letters for distribution in both English

and Spanish, mailing handling and distribution, archiving documents for

both centers, creating forms, databases, creating and implementing policies

and procedures, creating our program's employee handbook, audit and review

files and documents in preparation on a monthly basis for state audits,

assist consumers and answer any questions or concerns they may have, treat

managers, employees, consumers and providers with the utmost respect at all

times. I also assist Day Habilitation employees and Case Managers with
