. Responsible of the timekeeping and payroll for a twenty-five hundred

civilian employees

. Inputting hours of employees into the SLDCADA (Standard Labor Data

Collection And Distribution Application) payroll system

. Required to file and store important worksheets, such as

overtime/compensatory timesheets, on-call pager information, jury duty

papers, allotment sheets, direct deposit forms, federal tax forms (EDD

and W4's), etc.

. Maintained the organization of the work office and ensured that resources

and supplies were available to customers at all times

. Accountable for keeping timekeepers up to date with any new activity or

information given from the Comptroller, Department Head, or direct

. A majority of the job was very customer service-oriented, such as dealing

with employees' incorrect hours that were processed, trouble shooting,
