Duties included assisting in training of new Front desk clerks as appropriate. Assist
Housing Manager in the establishment of standards for personnel administration and
performance, service to patrons, room assignments, advertising, publicity credit, service
and type of patronage to be solicited. Requisition supplies and equipment. Answers
patron complaints and solves problems. Carry out safety and emergency procedures
including, but not limited to, fire, crowd control, inclement weather, and bomb threats.
Operate and control computer terminal. Communicate with guests; direct/escort them to
