Fabrication and Converting Supervisor Began in 1999 as assistant

supervisor in belting department and converting. Also assistant to plant

manager. My vast experience in this field has had me doing measuring and

cutting of industrial belting materials, operating industrial sewing

machines, operating different types of slitting and converting machinery.

In the past few years I have taken on more of a managerial role involving

employee personnel issues, scheduling, dealing with customer issues and

general day to day operations of both departments. I have also been the

assistant plant manager for the past 2 years, taking on all plant duties

when the plant manager is out.

Started out doing machine operations in material coatings. Made mixes

which involved weighing out chemicals and adding them to adhesive,

checking consistency and testing to insure quality of mix. Went on to

operating slitting and rewind equipment and became slitting manager in

1989. In 1996 moved on to industrial belt fabrication manager in charge

of 12 employees. Duties included day to day operations and scheduling

workload, machine setups, employee personnel issues and general paperwork

for department.
