Petrobras - COMPERJ Project, Petrochemical Complex, Rio De
Janerio, Brazil. Monitored a control schedule for a project or
phase and the timely prediction, control, reporting, and
completion of progress against the control schedule. Assessed the
criticality of the schedule achievement. Assured an integrated
project or process control progress by utilizing cost and resource
planning. Developed a network logic schedule incorporating
client, WorleyParsons, supplier, and subcontractor schedule data.
Updated and issued a monthly/weekly schedule, including bar
charts, s-curves, histograms, and tabulations as agreed upon with
the client to provide the required information on
progress/performance. Monitored interdependency of the various
project activities, including those that may form the critical
path for the project. Ensured that the current schedule was
updated and reflected progress. Ensured accurate and regular
monitoring of progress versus the baseline schedule and
appropriate focus on critical path activities. Updated the
deliverables status report to reflect the documents status that
were approved, in workflow, cancelled, not approved, approved with
comments, and valid to detail. Conducted regular assessments of
the forecast milestone dates against the baseline schedule,
including early warning of potential deviations.
Dow Chemical - Chlorine 7 Project, Construction of a Grassroots
Chlor-Alkali Manufacturing Facility, Total Installed Cost (TIC) of
$750 Million, Plant B, Block 800, Dow Texas Operations Division,
Freeport, TX. Developed the 90 Day Plan Schedule, which
identified the key activities by discipline to be completed within
the first 90 days of the project and included key milestones,
deliverables, unresolved issues, early work plan, information
needs list, and staffing requirements. Initiated schedule
development, maintenance, monitoring, and recovery plan
development activities for DOW Chlorine 7 Construction Project.
