responsibility for quality, cost, and delivery from raw materials to Tier 1
customers from within the 220K sq. ft. Fabric Division facility with a
workforce of 260 across three shifts. Directly supervise three engineers,
three salaried supervisors, and one non-exempt administrative assistant.
Work with Japanese colleagues, corporate/sales executives, and engineering
to build and sustain growth. Conduct weekly reviews with VPs, CFO, and COO
that cover key areas, including P&L, goal attainment, cost reduction,
variance analysis, and staffing.
