Assistant to CEO & President as well as other general office personnel
Administrative duties included but were not limited to; personal and
business correspondence for CEO & President, calendar management, mail,
phones, ordered all supplies, office equipment maintenance, prepared pre-
qualification certification documents for bids, sub-contractor
communications & coordination throughout bid process, compilation of close-
out binders, and some accounting responsibilities using Timberline/Sage
Software.
Executive Assistant Column Capital 2006-
2008
Assistant to Director of Operations and Vice-President of Investments as
well as responsibility for all day-to-day office operations.
Administrative duties included but were not limited to; travel
coordination, calendar management, prepared expense reports, conference
