Simultaneously managed all service related departments including Planning,

. Developed and introduced a total new look for all footcare product

lines with award winning graphics and easy open/close packaging to

allow retail associates to try the product on their customers and

facilitate sales. Sales and profit increases each year exceeded

budget and forecast.

. Developed and implemented a pc based planning system for manufacturing

enabling faster turn around and 10% finished goods inventory

reductions.

. Managed and implemented a quality, safety, product knowledge training

program for all Spenco personnel to increase safety and quality

awareness. Completion of the program resulted in personnel receiving

recognition, a certificate and designation of Certified Spenco

Partner, and a pay increase. 200 of 225 employees participated and

were certified.

Managed the planning department with primary responsibilities including

sales forecasting and production scheduling and control. Led a team of 6.

. Implemented a forecasting system based on monthly exceptions rather

than historical averages to better forecast future sales and manage
