Manage daily operations of an emergency vehicle dealership’s service department comprised of 12 apparatus

technicians. Duties include coordinating service and repairs, preparing service contracts, process work orders

and invoices, order parts from various vendors, assign and supervise technicians’ work assignments’ schedule

appointments and regular service intervals for customers, provide on-site service, perform engine/chassis and

apparatus repairs, etc.

Perform minor and major repairs on medium and heavy duty trucks. Minor repairs includes, but not limited to,
