Well qualified student that has worked in customer service for two years. I have done the honor of dealing with

customers on an everyday. I help sell supplies to different stores. I also take customers orders over the phone. I call and

confirm orders with customers and also help them solve problems with their order. I answer the phone and I also key

I assist with keying prebooks for the different accounts that we have. I also assist with keying reclaim, which are items

that are damaged our out of date.

I also assist with answering the phone. Customers call throughout the day trying to get problems solved, and I do my

I have to key orders a lot. So I have excellent skills with the computer. I can type at a good speed.
