Current Position and Responsibilities:

Management Assistant IV, TYBRIN Corporation, Edwards AFB, CA, 12/2000 to Present.

- Assigned to Environmental Integrated Project Team (IPT) of 24 engineers, providing daily administrative support.

Prepare memos, letters, travel request and purchase orders for the IPT Leader’s signature. Receive telephone calls, greet

visitors, maintain calendar, and coordinate meeting arrangements, and schedule meetings and conferences for the IPT

Lead. Ensure IPT is prepared and briefed on the matters to be considered before attending scheduled meetings. Make

travel, hotel and car rental arrangements and submit Travel Expense Reports (TER) upon traveler’s return. Follow up on

reimbursements of traveler’s TER to ensure reimbursement is paid in a timely manner. Prepare and maintain time and

attendance records. Provide training to new employees on TER software applications. Assist Business Managers in

preparing fiscal year funding processes and report preparation. Perform short and long range budgetary planning,

using multiple automated programs such as databases, spreadsheets, and graphics, in support of the Business Managers.

Coordinate efforts with the Data Manager to maintain and operate the IPT Data Management Program and maintain and

update the IPT Data Delivery Database. Prepare charts, edit and proofread monthly Task Status Reports (TSRs) before

delivery to the Government. Responsible for maintaining data integrity and overseeing the quality of work put out by

the Environmental IPT.
