Summer 2001 BOCES II Monroe County Teachers Aide
Responsible for ABA programs to PDD classroom students
Implemented behavioral program designed by teacher to keep students on task
and safe
Summer 2001 to February 2002 Respite caregiver
Provided care for one of students and family whom I met through BOCES
employment. Child was low functioning autistic boy with many behavioral
issues. Used various methods of behavioral management tactics while
working with child.
2002 6th grade long term substitute Churchville Chili Middle School
Collaboration within a team teaching classroom with fellow colleagues.
Planning units and lessons, daily instruction, assessment and classroom
management.
Students varied in education levels from gifted to special education
children. Therefore lesson planning was designed to meet the various levels
as well as the classroom management methods that I implemented.

2001- 2005 Involved in counseling settings, group and individual. Sat in on
sessions and am very knowledgeable of twelve step programs and working with
addicts and mental health clients from various walks of life.

Have 4 years of Spanish education. I am not fluent speaker yet can

My interests include helping others and I spend time with others listening
and sharing my life experiences.

I have four children, 17, 16, 2 and 8 months. My hobbies include having fun
with them. I also enjoy cake decorating.
