Data Entry Clerk. As a temporary worker, I was required to key
file information into a specialized database for a records
management company. Accuracy, attention to detail, computer
skills and confidentiality were primary attributes to this
position. After all necessary information was keyed, documents
were re-filed in a warehouse from which I was to locate the next
batch to be entered.
2005-2009 Ashley's Pub, Spartansburg, PA
Bartender, Office Assistant. As the bartender, required tasks
included maintaining a par level of inventory and supplies at
the bar, stocking the bar with supplies as needed, and cutting
fruit for garnish as needed. Primary responsibilities of the
bartender included pouring of wine, liquor, beer and other
beverages for guests.
During downtime, every bartender was expected to maintaining the
cleanliness and sanitation of the bar. As an office assistant, I
introduced a billing and filing system to utilize organization.
I also completed bookkeeping in addition to implementing ideas
to successfully track the cycle of inventory.
2005-2006 West Marketing, Erie, PA
Telephone Representative. I projected a professional company
image during all customer interaction while working to complete
a resolution to the customers' inquiries or issues that
surrounded the company's products and services. CSRs ensured
that timely service was provided and that customers' needs were
addressed quickly.
2005 Hecht's, Norfolk, VA
Sales Associate. I provided outstanding service in a clean, neat
and easy to shop environment. Acquired knowledge of store
products and services to build sales and enhance the level of
customer service provided. Every day, we demonstrated the
ability to communicate effectively with customers, fellow
associates and management. Most importantly, the execution of
all point of sales procedures was completed to ensure efficient
transactions. Also, we adhered to the companies' standards for
loyalty solicitation, as it was expected of all sales
associates.
