mining lease. Previously worked as Asst. Manager Mines in Limestone open
Cast Mining Projects with M/S OCL India Ltd - General Mine Management, Mine
Planning, Drilling & Blasting, Exploration etc. in Odisha for 7 years, and
as Jr.Engineer at M/S GHCL, Gujarat (5.8 years). Expertise in managing Open
Cast Mining Operation, Production, Production Planning/scheduling, Open
Cast Mine Development, Short Term Mine Planning, Waste Dump Management,
Large dia. Drilling & Blasting in highly mechanized Open Pit Metal Mines;

Experience in operation of highly mechanized large Open Pit ( Lime Stone)

independently opening & production .The Job involved mines operation and
scheduling of HEMM like 50t/35t Dumpers, hydraulic Excavators (6.1/4.8 cum
capacity), Diesel Drills (115 mm dia.) etc. Knowledge in short term Mine
Planning includes preparation of Monthly, Quarterly rolling plan, and
Annual Mining Plans. Liaison with State Government Departments /
Authorities.

M/S OCL INDIA LTD.:
January 2003 to Mar 2010 - Worked as Asst. Manager (Mines) with M/S OCL
India Ltd. An ISO 9001 company and a leading manufacturer of slag,
Portland, SRPC and Oil well cement. To meet the requirement of cement
grade limestone, the only captive mines i.e. Lanjiberna Limestone &
Dolomite Mines has enhanced the production of limestone from level of
5500mt/day to 8000mt/day from Nov'09, we had worked with 1:1 stripping
ratio, with a large fleet of HEMM like 50 Tn/35 Tn dumpers, 6 m3 / 4m3
bucket capacity excavators, road grader, Hydraulic Drill Machine ROC-L6
and with 1200 TPH crusher. I have independently looked over the
production, planning, development of mines, transportation of limestone
and also worked as drilling & blasting In-Charge for two years.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
( Quarry development as per CADE and scheduling under QSO.
( Quality Control as per norms required for Cement grade.
( Deep hole drilling & blasting operation with nonel.
( Safety in the operation shift.
( Man power management, Production planning & Shift operation planning.
< Production and transportation of Limestone to plant.
PROJECT COMPLETED AT OCL INDIA LTD.
Cost reduction: "Reduction of production cost in per ton of Limestone". I
have completed this project with my team successfully within a year, by
reducing the drilling & blasting cost by Rs.2 / ton of Limestone.
M/S GHCL:
April'1997 to December'2002: Worked as Mine Executive with Gujarat Heavy
Chemicals Ltd. at Sutrapada (Gujarat), producer of Soda ash. Having a
brand name in Gujarat and in International Market. With having a large
area of mining producing 3000 Mt/Day Lime stone.
