Pivotal and ACT. Proficient in all office machines including copiers,
scanners, fax, postage machines, printers, multiline telephone
switchboards. While at Arlon, I was part of Implementation Team for new
version of AS400 using BPCS software, and ISO 9001 certification. This
included troubleshooting and finding problems to fix before going live. As
well as continuous training of employees on how to use the computer and how
to find and run reports. Also experienced in MVD internal computer system,
Digital Systems 36 and 43, IBM Network, and many PC based computer software
systems.
